De Lago Resort's new owner, Andrew Gunn, with 25 years of experience operating hotels in South Australia took over the resort in January 2021. In the pursuit of customer satisfaction, the resort has been extensively renovated, with major upgrades and renovations still to come over the next 4 years.

Andrew and his team possess over 70 years of combined hospitality experience, dedicated to cultivating a venue of enduring value through the offerings of broad experiences, superior accommodation facilities, coupled with a deeply instilled ethic of personal service.
